How It Works

Share Your Idea – Send your customization request by email (muneebahjabeen.home@gmail.com) or Instagram (muneebah_jabeen). Share your color preferences, inspiration, or any details.
Confirmation – We will review your request, suggest options, and confirm what is possible.
Payment – Once the design and order details are finalized, we will provide a final quote. Painting of custom pillows begin after the payment is fulfilled.
Preparation – Custom orders may take a little longer to prepare, depending on design, complexity, and order size.
Shipping – You will receive a photo before your order is shipped.

Please Note

Each piece is hand-painted, so slight variations in color and design are natural and make your pillow truly one of a kind.
Some customization requests may not be possible due to design or material limits.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
